“The ICF (International Coach Federation) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” –www.coachfederation.com

Is life coaching like therapy?

No. Life coaching is not therapy.  Where therapy typically aids in the recovery of the client, life coaching aids in the discovery of the client.  Life coaching focuses on the client as being a whole, capable and creative human being who is the expert at his/her own life.  Life coaching works with the client to optimize his/her life experience based on their goals.

Is life coaching expensive?

The life coaching experience is an extremely valuable investment in your future.  During your initial consultation, fees will be determined based on the frequency and length of your contracted coaching sessions.

I live out of state and can’t meet with Madison face-to-face.  Do you offer online/phone coaching?

Yes!  Coaching will typically be done via videoconferencing or  phone, so location is no obstacle.  Even if you’re on vacation or away on business, you’ll still have full access to your coaching sessions.  Your coaching experience will also include check-ins via email in between sessions as needed.
